(small town, with nothing to do and our store being the center of where we all live, she needs to get over it). well, she had it out for one shift, we'll call her Cady, we were friends, and Cady started to seriously screw up. her closes were a mess. and at one point i got upset with her when i'd have to open after her close because i was doing closing things on my opens. but i told her she needed to shape up. and long and behold the big bad wolf, we'll call him jack, started to document it and would purposely find things wrong. so cady got put on watch. she shaped up and was doing great. and BAM! out of no where the lamia fired her on Tuesday. she fired her because "she closed down the pastry case fifteen minutes early." hello? we all do it. we're a pretty low key store and usually pretty dead at night. so i opened wednesday without knowing she'd been fired and i had to open with jack, who've i've made several complaints about because he's rude, demeaning, and likes to attack my personal life. he does it with anyone and he's still freaking there. he's a huge reason cady was fired. so on my open i was tired and just kept to myself and this punk is watching my every freaking move, ive been with the company for almost 2 1/2 yrs. i know how to brew a freaking urn of coffee. and when i go to take a look at the schedule i see that cady isn't on it. and i just knew she was fired or going to be within a days time. and i see the look that jack is giving me and he's freaking documenting things about me now!!! seriously? seriosuly??? but he should choose who he pisses off very carefully....he dating another shift...we all want him gone so it would be so easy to get rid of him. he's already stated he's quit if lamia ever found about him and his little girlfriend. </p> <p>so in a nut shell, i say screw off and im putting in my two weeks notice. ive got another job, im attending two schools and ive got a boyfriend that makes enough to support me so why the **** am i still there? </p> <p>thanks for listening! =D<br /> im glad to have joined because now i can express some frustrations as well. =] </p> http://www.ihatestarbucks.com/bb/topic.php?id=1669#post-20914 Thu, 11 Mar 2010 14:54:25 +0000 letsworkforanevilcorporation 20914@http://www.ihatestarbucks.com/bb/ <p>As far as dental goes, if you have good teeth you are better off paying out of pocket.
