That's the favourite palyer in NBA?Yes,he wears the No. 24 jerseys on the Lakers - Kobe Bryant(basketball jerseys). Recently, the NBA Official announced the sales ranking report on NBA polo shirts inside first half of the sports competition season last year to 2010. In statistics, Laker's star Kobe Bryant, who may have forcibly occupied the top of the list continuously since last season, remains to be staying loaded with the superior from the list. This ranking may be the originate from the statistic of NBA official real and website stores, showing nice of the superstar player. Kobe's Number 24 polo shirt has recently sustained a sencond-year's bestseller with a decent market in NBA Union. Kobe has been selected inside All-star for eleven times in his career, thus showing him because the best player within the Union without doubt.
Then Cleveland Lebron and Magic center Dwight Howard. Noble are One of Highest Fashion Series Inside Season of SpringSimilarly, wearing a No. 10 The incorrect Behaviors That may Result in Tarnish to Your 23 jersey, "Little Emperor" James has been acknowledged as the globe by who is the only real person eligible to inherit Michael Jordan. As well, due to its excellent strength and basketball skills, James holds stubbornly high popularity, threatening the 1st position of Bryant's within the list. The jersey sale of Howard and Bulls guard Derrick Rose have further increased this year, ranking from the third and fourth place, but in the last season, they only ranked beyond your list. What is particularly worth mentioning could be the Rose.nba shop With stable performance, he has won a lot more trust and love of fans. It is more surprising that since the second-year draft pick along with the best rookie of last season, he broke to the top five unexpectedly and his jersey sales even exceeds Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade.

Another player we must mention is an old one, Shaquile O'Neal, who just switched towards Cavaliers this summer. Since June in 2008, "Big Shark"'s sales amount of polo shirt hasn't entered the very best ten from the list. However, joining in Cavaliers and assisting "Little Emperor" makes his opportunity to regain attention. Within this appraise and elect, O'Neal's sales variety of polo shirt dashes towards forefront with the list again. However, this indicates quite ironical, because he seems to associate from his new team-mate James. In addtion mentioned, NBA shirts of Wade, one of the most famous star of Miami Heats seemed to be favored by many fans. Sales number of Carmelo Anthony that is leading the league in score also increased stably. However, a similar inside the top sales list, the most notable 5 sales are far before ohthers, the bigger gap demonstration on the charm of Kobe and also other players deep.

On relation to sales of nba jerseys, La Lakers' jersey is the best bought in NBA by its first rank in the western world presently. Besides Bryant, the jerseys sales of the center Pau Gasol can be over the rest their email list. The nice jersey sales of the many palyers makes Lakers the most beneficial seller in its entirety. Saving money shirt troop Celtics follows the Lakers, maintaining the second place with sales inside second consecutive year, as you move the sales of Cavaliers is forward a ranking. Course case the sales of the first half season. While using the proceed in the season, the sales of jerseys changes greatly. The sales of playoff players' jersey will grow greatly.

Dopie has it right. You shouldn't be charged for the extra pumps only the hazelnut drizzle. You might get a nice (or poorly trained) barista who doesn't so please don't throw a hissy fit if the price is more at another store. Also, I think licensed stores have different pricing policies.

But otherwise, I feel like my review is not an accurate reflection of my performance over the past 6 months. He had already processed the review when we sat down, so it was useless to fight then.

I do hope that's not the way you speak your in-store partners, saultsbux, especially considering that you're trying to promote.

Personally, it doesn't bother me when customers don't want foam. They're missing out. I've also successfully converted many a no-foamer by oh, I dunno, giving them properly steamed milk.

I find that a fair amount of the time, their aversion to it is because Starbucks doesn't invest a single crap in training- hence, they aren't getting properly aerated milk. If the milk isn't properly steamed, the foam isn't going to taste sweet and meringuey, it's going to be a frothy, bubbly, soapy mess like a kid took a silly straw and blew the hell out of it. Another common occurrence is that sometimes, there's too much foam, and again not very good foam- so if they ask for no foam, it's because every time they go to the Bux, the milk still isn't properly steamed and they get a tall's worth of milk in a grande cup with the rest soapyass foam. The standard is the last 1/4th inch of the cup, up to the rim, is foam.

Unfortunately, a lot of the time it's less about the foam itself and more because the customer is a troglodyte. Or potentially having some control issues. I had a dude once who would throw fits about any speck of foam and lay into whoever made his drink, even if there wasn't any foam on it and it was the not-latte he wanted. At first I thought he was a pissant, and then one day he came in with his wife, and I got to see why he acted the way he did- his hogbeast bride belittled and emasculated him every second they were in the store together.

Still not an excuse to be a goon, however, to the person making minimum wage behind the counter.

The BEC got my case a few months go and I have been calling them every time there has been a problem with the SM (I don't use names when putting the report through to protect the anonymity of my co-workers unless they have said I have permission to). I know 2 people have requested store transfers because of the SM and one allowed me to use their name while the other wished to remain anonymous but said I could tell the BEC worker the reason as to why they are leaving without giving their name. I reported to them the day my shift gave her 2 weeks notice (she's worked for the company just as long as the SM) that she was leaving because she did not want to be yelled at during opens and be put down all the time. She told me her partner number to give to them as well for the report. It's just so frustrating because I feel I was wrongfully terminated and picked out specifically to find every mis-step I might have taken. I know I have had a written action before (even though I called in and said I would be a few minutes late) because my car had broken down but, that's about it. I recall another time a partner did not have a ride and the SM went and picked them up and they received no verbal or written action. I requested my time stamps and told them to please look at other openers time stamps of the days I opened with them.

I am going to remain in constant contact with the other partners who have reported the SM and hope there will be some sort of action taken by the company. I'm going to go to the store I was trying to transfer to and see what they can do. -Fingers Crossed-

You can take it up with your DM, Partner Contact, or Business Ethics and Compliance. I recommend first going to your DM, who is your skip-level manager, with your concerns. If they don't intervene and force a solution, then go straight to the BEC.

Make sure you've documented everything you can.

@saultsbux what I find worse than the silly stuff kids do is management abusing their 'power' and turning the workplace into a warzone among other heinous acts. However, if you dislike how your coworkers are acting, correct it and lead by example. Easier said than done, yeah. Instill some pride in them, which is also easier said than done.

End of the day however, it's increasingly difficult to take pride in one's job here at good ole Starbucks when they pay us such garbage wages for very taxing, draining, stressful work. Especially when Uncle Howie just gave himself an 80% increase to his income and I can't afford to put gas in my car.

This to me seems clearly a case of retaliation. Contact your caseworker immediately.

If you filed with the BEC, they should be running an ongoing investigation into your SM's shenanigans- this right here should be the big **** red flag that they're looking for. If you have a prior history of attendance issues and there were scaling correctives, your case will be weaker, but if this was as out of the blue as you make it seem (technically, you aren't supposed to know if anyone else has had coaching conversations about attendance and time clock management) and there were no scaling corrective actions (verbal, written, final, or a PIP/partner improvement plan), then your SM should be in some hot water for this.

If you're only in touch with Partner Resources, get the BEC involved now. Now.

Guy: I know EXACTLY what I want.. hmm... let me see... Gimme a passion grande tea VENTI!
Me: o_O A venti passion iced tea?
Guy: Yeah! Do you guys have wee-fee (wifi) here?
I facepalmed after he left.

I kind of prefer it when people rattle off a drink without giving me their size. It's a bit of a memory challenge by the time you can actually write their order down.

I, too, love making foam, and our licensed store had a bunch of no-foam drinks in a row one day. I talked to my co-worker about it, "How could you NOT like foam????" She shot me a serious look and said, "MY mother has stomach issues and foam makes it worse for her body to digest anything."

Is this a legitimate reason?? o_O I have no clue, but I didn't want to ask her more about her personal problems because I truly do not care haha.

Yet another case where self-documentation is so very important! All of you need to keep a diary with dates, times, names, and details of incidents. If you have co-workers in the same predicament then have them initial or sing the pages which they witnessed ("Incident witnessed by...."). You never know when things will come to a head such as this and those sorts of details will be invaluable. Might help you keep your job, get the person terminated, or be important for a lawyer.

i would think you'd be fine. however even if you are classified unable to rehire, it doesn't mean they can't rehire you, if they're interested they'll ask what happened and consider hiring you on a case-by-case basis. one of my coworkers was non-rehireable and when she got rehired she explained what happened and my SM ended up rehiring her. she's since transferred stores and is now a shift. it's all situational. just try and get things going with the store you tried transferring to, explain to the SM what happened and things'll probably work out.

A few month ago our store's old ASM became out SM. From the get go, I knew this was going to be a bumpy ride. She was rude before (telling another employee who transferred in that no one there liked them) but, after her new rise to power she turned into a "cool-kids" bully. If you weren't in her circle you were screwed.

It got so bad for one of our shifts that she filed a complaint with corporate after our trying to get in touch for our DM for 2 month and unable to formally file a complaint with them. Shortly after, my SM took me to my breaking point and yelled at me in front of a full lobby of people that I wasn't doing my job and later in the back telling me to "get my **** together because I don't have time to babysit all of you and worry about your ****". That was a month ago. A few other partners have said they feel the negative cloud every time she is around. When she's really mad (which is relative because she's mad all the time) she goes to the back and throws things around, she slams refrigerator and cabinet doors (in the lobby and in the back).

I've had someone working on my case and told them I don't feel comfortable working and filed for a store transfer. I dropped off paperwork at the store I planned on transferring to and filled out one for my store, gave it to the SM and a note saying she'd keep me updated on the process (which I kept). The other store called me back 3 weeks later and asked if I still wanted to transfer because the DM over there hasn't received anything. I spoke with my SM about it and she said I never filed a transfer form.

A week ago, a partner told me she's been plotting to get rid of 4 people (myself, a shift that filed against her too, and 2 others). I updated my case worker with this info in a voice mail.

Yesterday, my SM "terminated" me because I have had too many "late" clock ins. Now, I'm an opener and usually by the time the shift gets there it's a minute before we need to clock in. I usually always clock in with a two or three minutes my scheduled time. What I don't understand is how come all the other partners who clock in slightly before me and after don't get these kinds of talks.

I requested an exit interview and am going to call my case worker today as I really love the company and want to continue to work for Starbucks but, I can't when I honestly feel like I'm in high school and want to call in sick from work because I'm stressed and don't want to run into the bully today.

Anyways, after my long rant/story I want to know if you guys think I will be on the rehire list or unable to rehire.

Being the oldest employee at a SBUX can be quite tough. I will be 41 in 3 weeks (Im a SS), next oldest is my SM at around 29, and then everyone else is between 20 and 25. The gap between us is HUUUGGEE! I feel it mostly in terms of workplace behavior - these "kids", many of whom have only had one job in their life, SBUX barista, have no clue how to act in a professional workplace. I am shocked by some of the stuff they say and do, and get away with, on a daily basis.

Question - when did this "new" person rejoin SBUX at your store?

When I can't decaf a coffee (stupid airpots), I like to give customers 3/4 hot water coffees instead.
I'll keep a cup sitting near by with old decaf shots too so they can't complain that it's too 'weak'

Canitakea10 I believe it's referring to the tub that is connected to the hose that runs to the drain. I took spirit and hot water in a pitcher and poured it down the tub repeatedly for about 15 minutes and it fixed the problem.
