I'm a little slower than the other partners that have been there for 5-6 months (obviously)and yet they complain about it, not to me, but to the SM. They also snap at me when I ask any questions, or try to help them, and seem to take pleasure talking about me behind my back and making fully sure I am aware they are doing so. I haven't felt welcome by many of the partners, and it's only recently that ANYONE has said anything to ME, and not just gone directly to the SM without saying **** to me. These people **** about not enough "positivity" (when nobody talks to me during my shift unless they need something from me, or I do something "wrong" in their eyes, giving "flack" to another partner about doing the floors (she had a fractured foot, and I said it was no problem, I was totally willing to do it for her especially considering she obviously CAN'T), I'm apparently not getting along with the other partners, but I'm fine with customers. How can I not be getting along with other customers when nobody talks to me regardless of what I try to do? I can't apparently!</p> <p>Regardless, I got pretty upset when the SM bitched at me about it, but I just shrugged it off after a bit, and tried even harder when I feel like I'm killing myself to please these people. I am now down to 0 hours for the next two weeks. The SM told me it was no issue for me to phantom as much as I wanted, but "newer partners need more practise/she doesn't want newer partners during Frappy Hour" so I said whatever, not a big deal, I have no issues getting phantom shifts, and no stores I've phantomed at have had issues so far. So I go and book myself 30 hours worth of shifts (keep in mind, that that's for a two-week time period when I am "full time") and my SM gets **** off and is going on about how she "needs me" and "our district comes first" and she "had a plan for the next two weeks." She didn't make me aware of this "plan" and was the one who told me to phantom! I am now no longer to phantom after those thirty hours, and she refuses to answer me when I questioned about the "plan" she has. </p> <p>There's also been an issue with partners taking my shifts, and trading my shifts without making me aware, and then I get **** over when I go into the store at 8 am and get told "Oh yeah, I told you I was going to take your shift and you could cover someone else on this day" and I put up with it, I leave the store (after an hours commute and no previous confirmation by me that this was actually going to happen) and then when I come in for the shift the partner "traded with me" they booked somebody else for that shift. So now my shift was taken, AND the shift I was supposed to take to replace it is too. There's 80$ down the drain, when I'm not booked for two weeks anyways. Did I mention that I talked to my SM about the fact I'm moving (within the city, closer to the store) at the END OF THE MONTH, and that I needed first and last months rent? Yeah.
