It makes it really hard to quit when you have such close friendships with everyone. We all get each other and we know how to work with a certain person. Like so-and-so is a germaphobe so they can't do mats. I didn't get written up for that, but I got 2 write-ups when all this drama started for the most ridiculous S*** (my "unprofessionalism" on the floor and not saying "Here's your perfect (insert name of drink), let me know how you like it, if anything is wrong, let me know and I'll remake it." while there was a mass exodus of people into our store and two people on the floor.)<br /> Wow, I have a lot of pent up anger...<br /> But basically, that's my store right now, and the managers are making it tough for me to transfer, even though they keep saying they don't have enough hours to give me...<br /> I've never been in this situation b4 (partners turning on each other) I just wanna get out of here sane.
