We have a few people at my store who tend to show up late or have to be woken up for their shift (when I call them at the time they're supposed to be at the store and I can tell I just woke them up) A LOT and most of the time nothing is done about it. It drives me out of my mind- I understand that things happen and there are times that everyone is going to be late to work... I have slept through 2 opens in my year and a half at the bux, one because my alarm just didn't go off and I woke up on my own at 4:30 (which is the time I was supposed to be at work) and another when I got ready super fast so I got back into bed for a "few minutes" which turned into an hour and a half and 9 phone calls from my manager (my phone was already in my purse because I was all ready to leave). So yeah- it happens.
