We know them on a first name basis, talk about things you don't talk about with everyone, and create a positive connection. Those are the Nice Regulars.</p> <p>Then there are the cocky regulars, that think, "Oh, I come here everyday, never tip, complain all the time, and you still love me." Wrong, in actuallity, we very much dislike you and wish you would leave. </p> <p>The parts that irks me the most, is when they expect you to give them free drinks, or give them extra shots (not just one but several) and add modifications out the wazoo at the handoff plane because they don't want to pay 60 cent for something they should have been charged for.</p> <p>For example, Jennifer, She comes inside occasionally, but mainly just drive through. When she comes inside, she asks for 2 extra shots, after she has paid for her standard drink, then wants a free grande milk, for her child, that she "forgot to order"...</p> <p>I never give them too her, but some of our newer Baristas do, and I call them out on it. I hate when people try to get free things because they come there so much. But they never help you out, not even tip a penny that is in their change. </p>
