I'd rather use 2 bars to make 4 drinks at a time while blending frappuccinos and pouring iced coffee; with my eyes glazed over using muscle memory to let my hands do all the work while my mind is elsewhere. I can make drinks efficiently my own way w/out help when we don't have coverage to double bar; and without getting frustrated. I just hate how my managers jump down my throat if something gets out of whack. Normally it only happens when i dont have help on cold bev or with coffees and i dont understand how they dont get that i dont have constant drinks qued on bar when i have a coffee with the works in my hand and a frappuccino in the blender. Its like dude if youd hire decent people to work with me there wouldnt be any problems but you gotta go and hire tards who learn slow and cry under pressure.
