The Days of the evil empire are coming to and end. The bucks will never go away but will never dominate the market as they once did. They will be like kmart, still around but third at best and always talking about the glory days.<br /> It's funny, most baristas knew that bucks could not continue to grow and stay small but people who make/made millions per year didn't. I can't believe Jim Donald became the scapegoat for the fall, i met the man a couple of times and had nothing but respect for him. But now howie is in charge so it will all be ok, good luck with that.<br /> What happened is typical of most evil empires, the greed of and lack of the infrastructure did them in. I hope that the remaining stores go the same way. We don't want them. We dont need them. Its time we ejected the interlopers from out shores. They dont give a hoot about their employees, only about profits. If they did care, they would have given a bit more notice of impending closures.
