If there is no raise talk to your SM, ask what's going on with the reviews and if you don't get a satisfactory answer go to your DM right away. You are eligible for a review and raise every 6 months - no one in my district does the 3 month one I don't think - but for sure every 6 months and so if your SM is putting them through and giving you low scores and not talking about it just to not give you a raise that's NOT OKAY! You're going to have to initiate the conversation though and state that you have missed raises already and are eligible for another one soon but you want the ones you missed first. Just don't let up on it till it happens- I swear that's the only reason I got my last review and raise on time, I wouldn't shut up about it at all and I ended up getting it a whole week early actually. You are eligible for a pay raise at this time. A SM is required to put a grade in the system when approving your review. The DM receives reports of when reviews are put into the system. Also if reviews are late by more than 30 days.<br /> A SM can easily be fired for not giving reviews. Especially because they put it through the system without you seeing or signing the review. Please ask questions if this is happening with you. Start with the SM. Not satisfied? Move on the DM. They are required to give you your raise and have to pay backpay for all your hours that you weren't receiving the correct salary. I'm not sure how they get away with it, but my old SM used to do that for everyone. Even if you don't sit down with your SM for your review, your pay should reflect a raise. Unless you got below some number on your review. I'm not sure what it is...I think it's a 1 and you don't get a raise? But I would talk to your SM about it. If that doesn't work, go to your DM. I would tell my manager my 3 year review is due and you want to know when you are going to have it, at that time I would say, I did not receive a 2 and 21/2 year review and would like to know why and how come you did not receive a pay increase for those reviews. If you do not get a review or a pay increase in your check, I would call the dm and explain or call partner services.
