This website is an unofficial watering-hole for actual Starbucks employees, and people gather at the most popular hangouts amirite?</p> <p>If you're desperate enough to get your shift covered, then asking for help on I Hate Starbucks wouldn't be such a big deal. There are enough partners nationwide that someone out there might be short on hours and willing to cover at other stores in their district to make money.</p> <p>A foreseeable problem would be that the borrowed partner is inexperienced and could not work at a high-volume store.
