Once she gets to the window, before I even say hello she was starring me down like she wanted me and my family dead, I greeted her and attempted to ring her up, she then states that she wanted to exactly the same (all 5 shots as well). So I proceed to do so and then hand her the drink (whilst the other is on the way). She then scowels at me and says she wanted it iced. So I tell the person on bar (my ASM) and get to work on those...within a minute she is saying it's taking too long. I inform her that 10 shots of espresso does not pour quickly. She then hurls insults at me and I was on the verge of karate chopping her face. After she left she came in the lobby and asked for my name and managers number as well as stating that she needs more caramel drizzle than was provided, at this point my ASM had expressed her rage (secretly). So once again the dumb **** leaves, yet to return and say she dropped her **** drinks...All 4 people on the four, mind you this is mid rush, were about to leap over the counter and kung fu kick this **** in the head... </p>
