Moral at that store is horrible also. Moral is terrible at that store too. This is the same woman that would regularly schedule herself to place or put away orders then not show up that day AT ALL. and she was also suspected of stealing. i can relate to bad store managers, but i have seen bad everything, bad shifts, bad asms are usually the worst though. ASM's think they are some kind of higher power without really being at the top. I had an asm tell not only me but another partner at least that per policy our "SOCK HEIGHT" was out of dress code. yes, sock height. I had never heard such a thing, so i cracked open the policy book and sure enough socks are only mentioned by color not by some bias against ankle socks. Mind you I'm the shift with 4 1/2 years at starbucks, opended the first one in town then as a shift. The Pet has been getting at least 35 to 40 hours a week since she has been back. Pet lives at home and has little to none bills. I have a husband that cannot find a job after retiring from the military. We have kids that need to eat. I have talked to SM each week since I have been back to no resolve. I have not got more hours than 25 in one week. Pet has 35 hours for that week. I have brought it up to the SM in the past about her not clocking in from a 45min break, then logging in a half hour break. We have brought it up also at a shift meeting. SM said she would take care of her shifts first. </p> <p>Pet is glued to our SM, they are having dinner together, movies, etc. Last week when I was going to talk to the SM, Pet stayed in the back room for 4 hours after clocking out.
