does anyone see the new pairings deal winding up to be a huge mindfuck?

It is going to be interesting to watch them throw tantrums like little babies when they realize they can't get their way and substitute the food options. It will be interesting to see a full grown adult scream and whine and stomp their feet like a small badly behaved child, and then look at us petulantly when we refuse to give them what they want. Then try to go over our heads and ask the SM/DM etc. and realize they are still not going to get their way, and start whining about it on MSI and at the stores on a regular basis because we will not give them whatever they want. It's going to be quite a show.

I can't wait :-) No more "just say yes" policy. This time, we get to say no! Bring on the tantrums. I can handle them!

I'm sure customers like cruisyeyes will still find a way to make us miserable. It's what they live for. I say, **** 'em. It's only coffee :-)
