cruisyeyes- You feel like you are talking to mostly women here...if so, that explains a lot??
I've bit my proverbial tongue with you quite a bit....but **** YOU, you brainless, narcissistic piece of ****. You have posted the most inapplicable, incoherent, useless comments on this forum and you are going to shift those shortcomings onto the women on this site? Are you kidding me???
You really DO need to go see a therapist - maybe you'll learn something about a phenomenon called projection. That is where you see your own blatant faults in other people but are blind to them when it comes to yourself. It's clearly what you are doing in this post specifically. You blame other people for not understanding or agreeing with the supposed point of your post. And to boot, you blame an entire gender.
And seriously, make all the comments you want about the "language" in this post. It's not a habit of mine - in fact, this is the first that I've ever told someone to **** off on this site. But you disgust me. No one cares what you think...no one cares about your feelings...you've been told multiple times to go away by more than a handful of members. Which you did - for what - two days? If that? Because you had to "clear your head"?? You had to clear your head from an online rant site about Starbucks?? What kind of mental issues do you have in addition to the ones that have been well-documented here already?
Then you come back promising to make an honest effort to be nicer....so in that effort, you shortly thereafter make a post in which you extrapolate your own work experience to employment at Starbucks (when you don't know if it truly applies or not)...and when coffee mart wench calls you on it, you put down women?
"Insubordination" in a workplace setting, in case you don't know, only refers to when someone refuses to do something or goes against something that was mandated by a person in a position of higher authority. Skinaman-dolce's post says nothing about a manager stating that double-barring had to be practiced and then someone refused to do it. THAT would be insubordination. Instead, skinaman-dolce specifically used the term "partner"....which, cruisyeyes, implies that it was a person that was lateral to skinaman-dolce. If it was a manager, I doubt the word "partner" would've been used. It would've probably been something like AM, DM, etc. And skinaman...I'm not saying anything about your post or you, I'm just responding to cruisyeyes here.
So, cruisyeyes, it appears that the lack of logic once again falls to you. Do everyone a favor and either permanently keep your mouth shut or go the **** away. You are absolutely worthless when it comes to any degree of insight.
