I hate it when people come through the DT order a french vanilla capp. Go to speedway if you want one of those, and learn that a cappuccino is mostly foam, and what they really want is a latte. It also sucks when people forget to say the size of the drink. "Id like a white mocha"... am I supposed to just guess the size? Do these people go to McDonalds and say "Id like fries"?

I've had people order a French Vanilla coffee and then be completely surprised when I put pumps of syrup in the cup and pour regular coffee. We aren't Dunkin, either!

Or the people who say "I want a grande vanilla." I just blink at them and say "Latte?!" it's so annoying. There are a lot of things that could start with grande vanilla!

or when someone says add 2 creams and 1 sugar, i end up giving them a lot of cream and a bunch of sugar

What about having to explain the difference between a corporate store and a licensed store. I have a license store right across the street that causes me soooo many headaches.

We have Irish Creme syrup in most of teh stores in NZ. Tastes like it actually has whiskey in it even though there is no alchol (I am an obsessive ingredients reader.) Leaves a really weird after taste tho!
