I'm sure its the same at all the other stores, if they are rude you decaf them and never let them know.....right? Well, I have started just inventing new drinks, my favorite was a woman that ordered a skinny vanilla. She got a little bit of steemed apple juice, a little bit of breve, some whole milk, decaf shots, regular vanilla, and 2 raw sugars. You just have to sell it when you hand it off. I can deal with them being rude to me, but when they are rude to my partners for no reason thats when they get the Shift Special of the day.
Rude customers get new drinks!!!

Yeah, I can definitely see the decaf (I've seen it done), but I never mess with people who ASK for decaf or sugar free drinks... you can't tell by looking at people if they are asking because they are vain assess or because they have a medical problem... I don't want to send anyone to the hospital or kill a diabetic because they were rude... that would just make me a bigger **** than them.

rude customers? what if we are just reacting to your **** attitude? many of the times, that is the case.

I'll mess with the SF syrups only if a)they order it with whip cream and/or extra, extra caramel drizzle, or b)they make a big deal out of saving calories. It's true that you should never mess with diabetics, ever, but we have one lady who orders a venti six-pump sugar-free caramel, six splenda, extra whip caramel frapp light - and then insists that her blood sugar spikes because we "must have given her regular syrup." I tried to explain that the whip cream has sugar in it, and she flipped out at me- "I ALWAYS get this. You messed it up." So now she gets a few pumps of regular caramel thrown in. And you know what? She loves it. Diabetic, my ****.
