Now, I know that Starbucks frequently fires people for other reasons than what it claims to fire them for, but I'm curious about everyone's experience with such things - firsthand, secondhand. I.e., if you were fired, how and why? If you've seen other people get fired - and I think most of us have, after all this is Starbucks, and you can get fired for looking at the DM the wrong way - how and why?
I won't lie, my primary interest is discovering ways of getting other people...especially managers... canned. But I'm also just interested.

Please, no "cruisy-ites" (i.e. those who either wish they worked at Starbucks or feel that being a regular customer is enough to clue them into what it feels like to work for Starbucks, and moreover feel an overwhelming urge to inform those who know better of their own carefully groomed yet woefully misguided opinions on the subject.)
