So, some big shot threw a pastry at me the other day.
I about slapped him.
He said the wrong thing and when I walked over to ask the problem he threw it at me and said that wasn't what he wanted.
I had to walk away.
Food fight?

I just double charge the whip cream and shoot them back. Works every time and they never mess with me anymore.

That sucks some customers are just discustingly pretentious and rude beyond anything I ever knew was possible. My first day at starbucks 9yrs ago a customer drank half their drink and wanted to get a refund. But my mgr over heard customer and wife say lets drink 1/2 and get refunds I feel like getting baskin robbins instead. So my mgr called them out on it and the customer threw hot coffee on my mgr while he was on bar. We called the police and they fled, and got away with it.
