Someone please help me out here. I am a partner at a Starbucks and our manager has a few "new policies" in place. I am curious if there is really a new policy book coming out that has these policies included. A. One is that personal pictures can not be hung up in the backroom anymore, a picture of my daughter. She said that the backroom is only for Starbucks issued materials now. B. The other is that we are not allowed to have coat hangers. C. When donating pastries we are not to use plastic wrap. We have to throw them into tubberware using our bare hands. D. The schedule can no longer be hung on the door, it must be in the back by "her desk". Any information for in these areas would be most helpful.
