i'm the store coffee master of my store and as you all know the coffee masters job is to enforce all standards are being met. Now in my store it seems a whole 4 out of 11 people are making drinks to standard (free pouring caps, pouring double shots, correct syrups measurements etc.) So i was just wondering if there are any other coffee masters who have the same problem with no one taking them seriously and not careing about all the hard work your putting in.
