My manager is schizophrenic. One day she is our "buddy" the next she is miss by the book. She is so unbelievable rude to customers, but if we get sarcastic because they are all idiots, she jumps our ****!!
We are the only drive thru and she always talks smack about the customers when the head set is off, then so sweet to their faces.
If we make fun of them, she nails our ****. She gets so many customer complaints, but I guarantee that her boss has no idea. If someone complains about me, you bet your **** the DM hears about it.
I wish she'd fall out of her ivory tower and see what real life is.

We can only hope; but in most cases **** managers are here to stay now and forever because sweet-talking and ****-kissing is how they get that position in the first place.
