I have had several managers in the last 2 [now going on 3] managers at the same store. The first manager was never on the floor, drove sales into the ground, overschedueled everyone, hired his own friends as lead baristas, the floor was a mess, and I as a new hire was -NEVER- trained [as well as several others]. He was axed by October.

Next there's... "George"; traditional Manager **** who has to overcompensate and treat everyone like they're stupid, constantly quizzing everyone, etc. He cleaned up the store, but it was still a huge mess.

Then there's "Bella"; Bella seemed like a normal human being who was in-and-out of the store. [We are a liscenced store - so all of our managers have to answer to the liscening company, the DM and RM] She leaves In June to transfer to another store. She hired some dumbasses too, but they'regone now.

Then one of the shifts were promoted to be our new store manager. She used to be human, but the sbux company drove her into the ground too. There were ridiculous demands of cleaning for the nightcrew; they became **** if there were a couple crumbs on the floor. WTF?] We were overscheduled, the store looked like crap, but I got paid for doing nothing. Then the **** hit the fan in February, she and the morning shift were axed. Then "Bella" came back as a temporary manager.

So Bella returns, lceans up the store, and the demands for cleaning are still ridiculous. THe night shift were doing a lot of the morning shift duties, as well as having to deal with constant trash overflow, dishes never being done, having absolutely no product and no communication. Summer came, and a new manager was finally hired to govern our ****-hole.
The new manager is probably about 22-24 at best; the liscened store manager, DM, RM all seem to hate her guts. She's worked here less than a month, and is already being removed ASAP because she can't seem to handle manager duties.
