A lot of regulars on this forum, including myself (though I haven't been a regular here for a while), recently quit their jobs at the 'Bux. Amidst getting used to regular life again, what are some of the best perks of NOT working there that you've noticed? So far, the sunniest points are:
- Healthy sleep cycle
- Never making fraps
- Never interacting with snarky customonsters/disgustomers, or going to my old store and making faces at the ones that, until so recently, plagued me.
- Enjoying delicious, non-Starbucks coffee
- NOT drinking partner beverages (it's amazing how many crummy calories I consumed that way)
- Not laundering a bunch of caramel-drizzled, mocha-splattered, chemical-stained khakis, polos and green/black aprons twice a week
