So, the other day this dude comes through the DT and orders 3 venti caramel lattes and one venti mocha. Line is wrapped around the **** building, he finally pulls up to window and says, "Oh, I wanted the smoothie things" (frappacinos). I was seriously about to kill someone...him mostly. **** sbux customers.

ooh I HATE that!!!!! one time a girl came in and ordered a caramel cappucino and I figured that you know...she wanted caramel syrup in her cappucino. not that weird. anyway so I made it and gave it to her and she got all confused and then really angry about how I should have known that she wanted the "icey thing".
people really should take a look at the menu before just spurting out any drink order

lol, all i can do is just laugh when they get upset. i'm just like 'hey that's what you told me you wanted, hold on let me make what i guess you wanted'
