I hate it when your manager or shift supervisor notices that you have been doing some things wrong at work but don't say anything until a few weeks later. OR they tell someone else to tell you than rather do it themselves! WTF!!?! Why is this type of management allowed?? If you see I'm doing something wrong, then f***ing say something!. Don't just not say anything and then put people on register as a punishment Grow a pair and understand that constructive criticism is ok and people aren't gonna cry themselves to sleep if you (manager and shifts)have something to say.
