I'm eating a salad right now! LOL, purchased from a family-owned restaurant because I care about the community as opposed to going to McDonalds and making wealthy executives and share-holders even wealthier.

so we have this one bi-polar guy that comes in several times a day. he even stalks one of the SS. we've told him to not talk to her or speak her name but he still comes in and stalks. anyway... usually i see him in the morning and he has his own tumbler so i give him is coffee, k cool. the other night he came in and i asked him what he wanted and he slams his fist on the counter and says "i come in every day and get the same thing. small coffee, double cupped, no sleeve, and i dont want a f-ing reciept." um okay, hostile much? ****....
we have another customer that comes in every morning for her grande non fat latte. and she is best friends with the DM so the SM told us that we have to put her ahead of all the other customers because she reports back to the DM everyday. and how this customer shouldnt have to wait ever. it bull! i dont see why i should make her drink when i have 9 drinks ahead of her. if i dont make it right away and the SM is working she jumps on bar and makes it and hands it off and jumps off bar. really? its rude.
whatever.....
*end rant*

@toffee, I already said I was leaving, I beat you to the punch, god what a waste of breath huh? Do you feel better now after acting like a total ape? Bye. :)

I wouldn't pay so much attention on my work. I think freedom is much more important than my job.

@toffee I wouldn't get violent with anyone at work but that's for my own well being (aka not getting arrested) not theirs LOL! there have been times when I've wanted to slap customers though and I think if cruisy ever came into my store I'd at the very least refuse him service. From what he posts here about the way the baristas treat him, he must be SUPER obnoxious in real life!

Some people just love the attention because they don't get it in real life. Cruisy kind of reminds me of Ann Coulter. You say the most controversial things and get off on it.
Boy, do I miss working at an independent coffee place. You can refuse to serve on anybody who's being an ****hole. The employees' peace of mind is more important than making an extra few bucks. Can you imagine?Posted 3 years ago # -
wow...I wonder what it's like being treated like a human!

cruisy, you said you were leaving ages ago and boohoo that never happened. Go away already for God's sake.
