Just curious if anyone can help me out in this area. I was denied unemployment benefits because Starbucks said I was terminated for "misconduct". Now I don't have any idea what Starbucks told them but I have since appealed and have a court date in June. Has anyone been through this before? Any advice? I'm not sure how it works so any help would be appreciated. Does a random person for Starbucks show up or is it my former DM? What should I bring? etc...
