so i transfered to a another store bc i thought it was going to be better. I never laugh at work, i never have fun, idk how to get back to my old store without hurting a bunch of people along the way... i know they would take me back! i just need help :(

LMAO so why did you transfer in the first place? by the way i had a similar experience and my advice to you is to be honest with the managers and DM involved.

I would give it time. get to know the baristas there unless you transferred a few months ago or something

I think that's the real question here, I think we all want out of our own particular stores but in comparison had you first checked to make sure it was all puppies and rainbows at the next location?

I think the next time you decide to transfer somewhere you should cover some shifts at that store first to see how the people are

I was transferred because I was being trained at an old store to go to a new store. When I got there, I hated it and everyone there. Now, it's totally the opposite. Just give it a little time.
