I love making exactly what they ordered even when I know its not what they want lol but I only do that when they are rude to me. Like the witchy woman on the phone that ordered a cap with no milk after I had to ask her what size 5 times with her just repeating cappuccino and continuing to talk on the phone. So she gets the cup and is like uhh excuse me where is the rest of the coffee in this. So I told her what a cap was and she got all flustered and asked for us to top it off with coffee. It turns out that was all she wanted was just a black cup of coffee what an idiot.
