I wonder if it would help at all to write to Howard Schultz...I composed a letter to him about all the wrondoings in the Southern California stores. And I should know! I have worked in a good portion of them. I have never joined a website but I would like to post the letter I wrote him and get some feedback before I send it out. I simply told him it was not a disgruntled employee letter but simple a letter for change. I am tempted to send out the letter to all stores in sothern california. Or post them for the openers to find. Maybe start up an email address to get people to send stuff in versus my real email because it has my name all over it. Any feedback...post me baby. Oh by the way, Southern California has the rudest customers.

natasha-ca...please by all means post your letter here for us to read. as for sending it to howard...well you will just be wasting your postage if you honestly believe that he will read it. if your sending it will make you feel better and that you have done something to get it off your chest then you should do it. howard is not unlike most others in positions of power...(hello!...dubya?) anything you have to say against them will be seen as coming from a "disgruntled" employee (which you are and are justified in being!) and summarily dismissed. but i, for one, look forward to reading it. btw. welcome.
