A friend of mine was recently fired for the reason of simply "Partner Bev-ing" a drink for a another friend. But, it was almost a full month after the "event" that she was terminated without warning. When the event happened her assistant manager went to her, talked to her about it, and told her never to do it again. She didn't. But, as said, she was fired about month after with that "event" being the reason.
Is there anything that she can do to keep her job if she so wanted?
