So I stumble across this site. An anti-Starbucks website, neat! I figured I'd check it out to see what lovely things these cretins have to say. What I was not expecting was to discover that the majority of people posting on here are former or current partners. I have to say though, what a laugh. Really, I have been sitting here for the past hour laughing at the crap I've read on here, most of which is from current partners. I've never seen so many ungrateful cretins gathered in one place before.
If you work for Starbucks and you hate it -- you know what you do? You find a new job. Quite simple. But don't stick around with your mediocre sub-standard service, leeching off of SM's who you should be thankful for. Yes, that's right, you should be thankful that you were hired by your SM, because that very same SM? They have the power to terminate at you at any moment. So until that moments come, or until you get the guts to pack it in and leave ... get some respect and quit being ungrateful cretins. I don't think you realize the work, time, dedication and commitment it takes to be a SM, or even an ASM for that matter. None of you would be employed if it wasn't for your SM. But a lot of are. Yet you come on here and whine like babies because you're ungrateful, selfish, lazy cretins who leech off a company that does more for its partners than any other company in the tertiary sector.
If you have determined that you hate working for Starbucks, you need to review view the ethical decision-making framework and make a decision.
