We have a guy come through 3 times a day for this monstrosity:
Venti 6 shot, 9 pump, 25 (yes, 25) sugar, whole milk, extra hot, no foam, "stir stir stirred" vanilla latte.

Fucckking.
Day.
He has no teeth, no hygiene, and usually no shirt.
It's **** awful....

Holy ****, I thought my iced quad venti steamed soy 10 pump raspberry with whip and chocolate drizzle mocha was bad X_X
He usually only comes once a day too.
Venti green tea frappuccino, with 6 pumps of cream base, 10 pumps of classic, 6 scoops of matcha, whip on the top and bottom. And she doesn't want to be charged for extra syrup (if we did charge, the total would be around $10)
grande breve dry dry dry cappuccino. the drink isn't that bad (just little annoying) I just hate the way she orders it. "85% foam, like a cup of foam"
We have a few people who come in and get no foam. I effing hate no foam drinks, especially during the morning rush.
Today I had one of them come through drive and she ordered a "venti latte with absolutely no foam" when I repeated back to her "venti latte, no foam" she got all snappy and nearly yelled at me "ABSOLUTELY no foam". Yeah, no sh-t sherlock.
"No Foam" aka the quickest way to get decaffed.
I think the most insane drink I have to make on a semi regular basis is a triple venti latte with the bottom 1/4 of the cup filled with Classic. Yes, that's how the customer orders it. I feel like I'm going to get diabetes just from being too close that drink.
On a simliar note of bad drinks. I don't have to make them too regularly but enough to gross me out: any beverage made with heavy cream. I'm loathing the day I get the order "Iced Trenta Latte with Heavy Cream, light ice."
Venti 12 sugar 5 splenda (why even bother with splenda if you are gettin 12 sugars???) 8 pump sugarfree hazelnut heavy whipping cream latte with whip, caramel, and mocha drizzle on top. makes me gag everytime I have to make it.
Grande latte with two scoops protein. yuck.
iced venti 2 1/2 shot regular 1 1/2 shot decaf nonfat 2 1/2 splenda 2 1/2 raw sugar latte with a soy top. I hope this ***hole knows he gets all decaf and equal.
This sounds ridiculous but my store won't give out anything but a grande size water, just because we're so busy and it's hard to keep track of. One of the workers in the mall constantly comes in and yells at us to give her a venti water, of course. Every time she asks, we tell her our manager won't allow that and then she makes a huge scene and makes us look stupid.
I know it's a dumb rule but if she wanted that much damn water, she could just buy a water bottle. She also claims that she used to work at sbux and also asks for a "soft blueberry scone from the front of the case".
I'm new so I haven't worked bar yet but some **** came in today and ordered 20 shots. Holy mother of God...

@justordercoffee, because they NEED it. They just can't get through the day without their 20 shot latte, of course. xP Yuck.

Luckily, trentas are only for iced teas and iced coffees. Unfortunately, that probably won't stop customers from bitching about having their drink done in that size.
Venti 6 shot, 10 pump mocha, 20 [slowly pumped] raspberry syrup, 8 equals, soy latte with extra whip (where the ffffk am I to put it!). We charged for the raspberry (since it is a mocha latte and they can double the drinks syrup for free) hitting the extra syrup key 7xs and we charged for the soy! This damn thing was just about $8 after taxes!!! And she would watch to make sure you ssslllooowwwlllyyy pumped the syrups!!
Only saw this at our store once, but a guy came in and ordered (literally) 25 pumps of white mocha in an iced venti cup (almost 3/4'ths of the whole cup) a little skim milk and then a quarter inch of ice on top of that..
We weren't sure if he was crazy or went home and seperated the bottom white mocha from the top milk..since it's skim it kinda just saw on top could of been a great scam since we can't sell white mocha obviously..who knows lol

I listed it in the other thread, but this one lady always orders a triple venti, 12p toffee nut, 5p mocha, 3p caramel, breve, extra chocolate drizzle, light foam, extra whip latte. Or something like that.
Don't u just hate to see them coming into the store? You remember the drinks of your fave customers and the drink you hate to make. Those are the ones which take so long and the customers which complain the most about the time it takes to make it! STFU & GTFO

You try your best to provide a consistent product, so that they get the same drink every time, but with these types of drinks you never know. The good thing is though that you could get their order wrong every time and they wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
@digital anarchy, I feel like with drinks like that, the customer has actually sat down with a cup and thought hard about what they could possibly add to their drink to fill up every square. That is not a normal drink--that abomination requires a CONSCIOUS EFFORT to be an obnoxious ****.
That actually wouldn't fill all the boxes! :) It needs to have 4 shots.
I think the 2/3 cafe means 2/3 caffeinated.. not sure though. I hate drinks like that, or drinks with half shots. It's stupid. Just commit to it.

Wow, I thought the guy with rotten teeth that orders a Venti, 15 pump, white mocha was going to have a heart attack on his way out the drive thru one of these days, but after reading some of your drinks, no effin way, he still has a few years to go!
I hate it when people order tall, soy, extra hot drinks and want no foam. That is what soy EFFINN does when you steam it, it foams up! If you steam it extra, guess what happens??? It foams up some more. Do people have fruckin idea how much soy goes to waste when they order that sh!t???
I just recently had a customer ask me if she could buy one of our tubes of caramel sauce so that she could use the ENTIRE THING for just her and her husband's drinks. Ugh!
