It's an upside down CM, I make *all* of my drinks to specification. If you want it upside down, it's going to be upside down. The Vanilla always goes in last when I make these.

I had this insane lady that would order:
Grande decaf single shot 1 pump mocha 1 pump peppermint nonfat "dry" cap 2/3 foam 1/3 milk. And i swear everyday she would have a different idea of what dry is. Half the time she'd want more milk or say it was too heavy. NO one could get it right so i was always stuck making it. And one thing i absolutley despised was when ppl who came in EVERY single day insisted on telling us their complete order even tho it never changed. Drove me insane. Really? I'm sure everyone has said this... but fraps... frappeee.... extra caramello... you know the drill.
My store has ONE blender after one of our shifts broke the other. If the asm or sm is around this also means we need to make your 4 grande caramel frappucinos(sp?) each in separate pitchers. 4 drinks like this with one person on bar(double bar? What's that lol? Where do we get staff to do that?) can easily get the line in the DT to the front door.

iced venti 8 honey packets GT. but, she wanted you to dissolve the honey in a short cup, with a stir stick, then add it to the shaker. she then upped the honey amount to ten packets. variations of this drink have been OUTLAWED

Lately, my store customers have been on a huge XXXXXXXXXXCR kick. Today alone, I used up two whole bottles of caramel for only a handful of Frappuccinnos with a sickening amount of caramel all over/inside the cup.
Ugh! Puke inducing! :-\ How does anyone drink that?
Today, a female customer raved about how well I made her diabetic caramel concoction. I literally just unscrewed the cap and went gung-**** with all the sauce. It was so ridiculous I started laughing, but apparently she thought it was the best thing ever.

@CL, my customers too. Last Saturday I used four bottles of caramel in the first two hours. We used to go through about two bottles a day.

OH also, **** Starubcks double shots. Get over it, they're not on the menu anymore. (mostly related to the customers who get them. Those hookers suck)

So glad my store doesn't let us put honey in our customers drinks for them. One of the few things they are actually really strict on.
Anyways, some of the annoying drinks my store frequently gets that I can't stand to make:
GRTF, Non Fat, No Syrup, Extra Matcha, Extra Ice. That **** is SO **** thick, I take a steam spoon to scoop it out if no ones looking.
CRF, 2 P Frap Roast, 6 P CR, XCR, X-Ice, But not TOO much X-Ice. Gets upset if you put the caramel at the bottom of the cup and not around it.
L, Half Soy, Half Non-Fat, 2 p SFHZ 2 p VTHE WORST! AND I MEAN THE WORST!
This woman comes in (but I haven't seen her in a while, I think she got preggers and had to cut back) and would ask for a Venti Iced Coffee. Sweetened, with cream. Then wanted us to blend it.....Now the thing with this was, she would never define HOW she wanted it blended, like if she wanted it to be more like...a slushy...or just with crushed ice....she kind of always just...took it however, because we would spend like 5 minutes at the bar debating how exactly she wanted it, and exactly how we should make it and then eventually just give it to her and see if that was to her liking. So she was nice, and I never really disliked her. I just wish she would just give in and get a light ice CF or something.Posted 1 year ago # -
This isn't even that bad of a drink, but a guy always comes in and gets a double tall mocha and he demands (and even makes sure at handoff) that we pull his shots from the drive bar. The stupid part is that bar always pulls the worst shots since it is used so often. (It has broken down several times in the last 2 months)

This partner from another store comes in and wants us to blend a trenta amount of ice with a tall amount of water. That's it. And he doesn't care that it's got a creepy milky flavor from the frappuccino residue. I've offered to get the non-dairy pitcher from the back so it wouldn't be milky but he says, "oh no, it's totally fine! I don't want to be a bother, I don't mind it." He's cool and all but...wow. ew.

^^ why wouldn't he just go through DT if he wanted his shots pulled from the drive bar? I assume he always gets decaf shots pulled from the drive bar.

so this isnt a "regular" drink but this lady comes in from time to time through DT and orders a venti caramel macchiato with 15 sugars and extra whip. but heres the kicker: she wants you to make her stupid caramel macchiato normally but after you make it...wait for it...pour half the drink out and fill the rest of the cup up with whip cream!!! so she's literally paying for a venti cup of super sweet milky whip cream because once you pour half of it out, all of the espresso is poured out as well. i hate wasting anything so, to me, it seems stupid to just pour out half the drink. so one day, i put her 15 sugars, poured a little bit of milk, added the shots and filled half the cup with whip cream. handed it to her, watched her take a sip and without missing a beat says "you didn't make it how i wanted you to. you didn't pour half of it out!" un-freakin-believeable as she's in DT and didnt see her drink being made. so guess how long my wait times are after her?!? super glad she's not a regular!!!

We have a regular who comes in and orders;
"iced venti java chip thing" with 6 pumps mocha 7 pumps white mocha and 10 scoops of chips....Made with heavy wipping cream, extra whipped cream, both drizzles, and if there is any left over put into a tall cup filled to the top with whipped cream and both drizzles. She then asks for a spoon to eat the wc.
I don't mind to make it for some reason, and in no way does she upset me when she orders it. I do feel like I'm giving her diabetes though...

Tall 7 shot, .5 pump, nonfat, mocha with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, no lid. Then she will come back to the bar and just stand there waiting for you to put more whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top.
Sad thing is, she's actually a pretty nice lady. But pulling 7 shots for one drink is a pain.
Then there's the..
Iced Venti, CM, with whipped cream.. and a flat lid! I don't get why she doesn't want us to put a domed lid on it, but I always cringe when I'm on bar and I haven't left enough room for the whip and a flat lid. Recently this woman has been coming by the DT in the early morning to get a Venti 7 pump white mocha with 4 sugars, sub HWC, extra whip, and caramel drizzle.
If she dies of diabetes, and congestive heart failure, I better not be held legally responsible!

MY GOD this chick always comes through the d-thru. "Grande. Nonfat. No whip. No foam. 180 Mocha." Doesn't seem that complicated, my naivety as a new barista (half a year in woot), however, underestimated this woman. She sent it back three times the first time I made it because she said there was foam in it. I literally scoop half of the milk out of the drink and keep steaming more milk to fill up the cup, in order to please this picky chick. And she drives a mini cooper and has the same glasses as Austin Powers. I think a new nickname is in order.

^ for no foam, let the milk sit for a minute or two the foam will completely separate from the milk.. Make the next few drinks then poor the milk into her dead decades 180 mocha.. Oh and also steam the next size up of milk to fill it up so hopefully it will spill all over her :D
I remember one... It's a 2p wm half calf or something soy no wc no foam extra hot peice of ****... Says he orders it this way to fill ALL the customizes.. What an ****

I actually feel really bad for this customer, because it seems like she has an eating disorder, but this is what she gets:
iced grande 6 pump SF CD nonfat iced coffee
SIX splenda, SIX sweet and low
blended in the blender with a venti scoop of iceI stopped arguing with her about the drink and I just scoop it from the pitcher.

in a personal cup, some weird size between grande and venti..
9 pump chai, 9 pump pumpkin spice, soy NO FOAM, no water.. & 192.96 degrees. HA HA.
when we explain to this man the mastrena jumps a couple degrees at a time he refuses to listen and tells us do our best. ugh wish he got shots so i could decaf his a*s
thank god pumpkin spice just expired, now not to see him again for another 6 months or so..

When my register barista writes a drink wrong, and tells me how to correct it wrong, so the drink has to be remade 3 times for a nice usual. First time: Iced 7CL Cap. Second time: Iced 7SP Cap. Third Time: Iced 7RAW Cap. I have to steam more foam every.single.time.
ORZ
And she always does this to this customer. I've learned my lesson after the second occasion of this. ~_~
