I had this girl come in and order a trenta gt/pt with 15pSFCD and 16pSFV and blended twice. Then she'd have you scoop out her drink and put any leftover in a tall cup. Then she'd walk over to the condiment bar and empty our cinnamon and mocha powder into her drink along with a buch of Splenda. I hated seeing her in line. Once she came in during a rush, her drink wasn't made up to standard, and she waited at the bar nearly an hour for it to be remade correctly.

There's someone who comes into my store who gets a PTL with 18 classic and 6 raspberry and the strawberry juice we use for frappucinos/smoothies. She's really nice though so I can't be mad.
...However I've actually tried the PT with some strawberry and 2 raspberry and I see why she likes it so much, when it's tapered down to not induce a diabetic coma.

Venti soy sugar free mocha light frappuccino, add sf caramel, sf hazelnut, add shot, extra ice, add protein powder. Extra extra cinnamon sprinkled in and on top, dome lid.

Venti green tea frappacino, extra matcha powder, protein powder, 10 pumps classic, 10 pumps rasberry. Maybe it tastes fantastic, but it looks like something you would scrape out of a diaper lol

tall in a venti blonde, hot water up to a grande, 5 honeys, 3 raw sugars, steamed soy (or nonfat) to the top, no foam.

Three times a week some sick looking old business dude phone orders eight double cupped extra, extra dry, "on the dark side" (whatever that means) cappuccinos that he finally picks up two hours later just to stick them in his freezer. WTF!?

this lady get's an iced venti decaf sugar free caramel machiatto with whip and xxxxxxx caramel. She has diabetes, and despite the fact that we keep telling her the caramel has sugar in it, she won't be satisfied until you take the lid off of the bottle, dump it down the sides, and fill the bottom up to the little ridge with caramel. then you make drink, and have to dump more caramel on top of the whip. And she flips out if you don't do it her way.

Frappucinos in general.... they are messy, stupid, and ALWAYS ordered in bulk i make at least 200 a day, best believe i fit 3 grandes in one pitcher GO TO BASKIN ROBINS IT ACROSS THE FRIGGIN STREETVITS CHEAPER IT HAS MORE FLAVORS IDIOTS

A mocha or mocha cookie crumble frappe with caramel drizzle & all these extra modifiers that absolutely make no sense. Or extra wet cappuccinos, dude that's a latte with extra foam PERIOD. Had some lady tell me that a barista specifically told her that she had to order a extra wet cap to get the right consistency she was looking for. I explained to her how she could order a extra foam latter & Wed get it right. She said that we never do it right so she's going to keep on ordering it that way just like she has for like 10 years... I'm thinking great no just go to coffee bean & ask them for that peddler **** because they'll be more than glad to make your incorrect drink since you have such a huge problem with us...

Tall in a grande, GTF with heavy whipping cream, 3 pumps Vanilla, 3 pumps Classic, extra whipped cream.... There is a family that follows this woman and whenever she brings them with her, they just yell at each other from all corners of the store and argue about things in front of those on the floor and the customers.. I shudder in disgust when i see them walking up to the door

Venti java chip frappuccino with 5 shots, sugar free mocha, nonfat milk, no whip, TWENTY FIVE splenda, extra chips, double blended, with the extra in a grande cup. And she comes in several times a day. I always make her open the splenda herself.
Also, my one coworker invented a drink and told everybody to just order "devil's brew" or "demon's brew" and we should all magically know what they were talking about. Iced venti starbucks double shot with 4 pumps mocha 2 pumps vanilla 2 pumps classic with breve. I would always make them recite exactly how many pumps they wanted and they never knew they would always just be like "UHH DURR THE DEMON BREW YO! [coworker's name] MADE IT. IS SHE HERE? I WANNA BONE HER ON BREAK ZOMG" :/

This guy is the absolute worst...
6 pump caramel 6 pump mocha grande triple shot mocha with soy HALFWAY filled up, and the rest with whip cream, in a VENTI cup.
My shift has noticed me making this drink from time to time, with the constant "don't charge me for soy" complaint (I just stopped caring), until one day she comes up and says we have to charge him for soy and for the venti. The customer then turns around and says I never charged him for soy or venti, and my shift explains that is grounds for firing. The man then attacks me and says I should be fired for not doing my job. So the shift takes over and puts me on bar, with our special codeword for decaf. Sonofabasterd probably doesn't even know he's getting weak shots.
Oh, and my shift later explained to me that she wouldn't fire me after all that harassment. She's been on register/bar before, she knows how it can be.
My shift is pretty awesome ^_^

I get mostly two, sometimes three (a mom, dad and daughter) and the mom (and daughter) get(s) a Venti Iced coffee with 10 WM and soy. While the husband/dad gets a grande iced coffee with 10 WM and 4 CL, if he gets a Venti, then it's 12 WM and 10 CL, with soy and "light ice."

Decaf.. That's only one of them. I don't know what it is about my store but a lot of trenta iced breve coffees are ordered with 20 pumps of whatever on a daily basis. By the end of my shift my stomach starts churning just thinking about it.

How old is the daughter? If she's too young, decaf her! Kids shouldn't have coffee.
