I feel like the only one that likes the old fraps waaaaay better than the new ones? The new ones have a horrible after taste and being a soy drinker the soy ones taste like ****! And they barely have any coffee flavor.
am i the only one....

There's like two stores in my district that still have a sure-shot. I sometimes visit one of those two stores for fraps.

we still have a sure shot. it just holds milk now, doesn't really affect the frappuccino recipe.

I can't even remember old frappuccinos... I actually have come to prefer the new method of making them, because of the numbers all being the same... if I do drink a one though, I put a ton of coffee in it! Because, yes, they are definitely way too sweet, but I'm sure they did that for two reasons: A. make more money by charging for extra coffee in a beverage that definitely needs it; B. because everyone loves a sugary milkshakey non-coffee tasting beverage! :S

I didn't work at Sbux when fraps were made different than now but I did notice the Caramel Frapp started to taste different. Bad. Then someone told me they changed the way they're made. I don't get CRF's anymore.

The old frappuccinos were a logistical nightmare in the vein of having dozens of pitchers sitting in your BOH and coldbev fridges, slidin' around, gettin' their juices on everything.
.. I recall once doing shots of straight creme base, and I recall it tasting like liquid white chocolate, but not our gross-**** white mocha.
