   "NOOOOO!!!! I want it in a frappuccino!!!!"
   (it's raining outside, but somehow I am just supposed to know this)

   "My friend wants a white mocha but she is pregnant, can you make it without caffeine?"
   "Decaf or caffeine free?"
   "No, not decaf. Without the shots."
   "Oh sure, we can make a white mocha hot chocolate."
   "No, not a white hot chocolate. She wants a white mocha but without the shots!!!"
   (Well if you insist on paying for a white mocha, who am I to stop you?)

   "I want a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich."
   "Sausage breakfast sandwich coming up."
   "NOOO!! The sausage and cheese!!!"
   "Okay." (Return from putting it in the oven.)
   "And my boyfriend wants one too, so make it two."
   (FU I hope you choke on the cheese!"

   Here's mine:
   "i want a venti passion tea lemonade with extra raspberry and one pump less of the sweetener"
   "so you want it with like 7 pumps of raspberry and 6 of the classic right?"
   "no! i want extra raspberry and one less of sweetener!"
   "okay.."
   "you made this wrong i said i just want one pump of raspberry and 5 pumps classic"
   ....wow all the sudden at the window you can say what you want correctly...idiot

   oh and!

   "i want a venti iced vanilla latte with less milk and more espresso in it"
   "so you want an extra shot?"
   "no forget it i want an americano"
   "okay so an iced americano with vanilla and did u want 2% milk in it or would u like cream?"
   "no i wanted that hot, and that sounds nasty i would not get vanilla in an americano, just give me it with very light milk"
   gets to window
   "what! i said no milk just water!!"
   ....i'm still beating my forehead into a wall..

   lol ok ok, so this old black lady rolls up in her cart; (shopping cart) dressed like she is a voodoo witch, and asks for a small coffee and puts a five on the counter. i give her her coffee and pick up the five, i get the change and try to put it her hand, she demands me to put it on the counter, so i comply, she then asks for her receipt. and again tells me to put it on the counter, she then picks up the money one by one and shakes each bill three times. blows on the quarters, and shakes the receipt three times. then she sits at the front entrance and laughs loudly to herself for 3 hours in the lobby. i ran to the back when she came up for her refills.

   The solution for all of these is to do what I end up doing, and that's explaining every little thing to every customer. I don't care if it holds up the line or not. If someone asks for a PTL with extra raspberry and less sweetener, I'm going to go through it with them step by step, explaining how we'd normally add 6 raspberry and 6 sweetener, and ask if they would like more than 6 raspberry as well as 4 or 5 of the classic, or if they would prefer 1 or 2 raspberry plus 4 or 5 classic. It's the only way these customers will understand.

   I love it! I dealt with many customers who put in a complicated order then when I was ready to ring them up, decided they wanted to load their gift cards first. That **** annoys the hell out of me! Also, a woman came in and ordered 2 grande unsweetened coffees. I verified, "Iced?" And she agreed. So after they were made, why did she tell the barista, "No, I wanted hot coffee. She charged me for iced." Made me look bad.

   All that starting at 6 in the morning. I'm going back for more tomorrow. Uggh!

   We had a fat teenaged girl insist on ordering an iced tall vanilla bean latte. Both the floater calling the line and I (the cashier) asked her if she was quite sure that she didn't mean to get a frappuccino, but she was dead-set on the latte. When the barista called the drink - I'm sure you all saw this coming - it was wrong because she wanted the "frozen drink that's like a milkshake." Yet she continued to argue with the barista for several minutes that she did NOT want a frappuccino. Wtf?

   nastiest woman came in, she got a venti vanilla bean with 4 long pumps of white mocha and four long pumps of mocha along with an add scoop of vbpowder. nasty.
