My shift used to be a coulinary student and she like to get creative with the drinks, she made me a vanilla bean frapp 2 with soy, 2 scoops vanilla poweder, 2 pumps WM and a banana omg soooo yummy! She also made another one with coconut and a banana cant remember the exact recipe but it tasted like a coconut cream pie :) I also love hot chocolate raspberries :)
Has anyone created their own drink?

This frappuccino is so good but so bad for you probably.
In a grande cup, pull two espresso shots, then whole milk to the first line (or soy is good too). Grande scoop of ice, two hot bar pumps of white mocha, three scoops of java chips, one scoop of vanilla bean powder, two pumps of coffee base and one of cream base. It tastes like cookies and cream but ten times better.

OMG sounds yummy im sure they are all terrible for u but so yummy! I split them with the other partners there and drink like a short cup of it, once I made a pepermint mocha frapp with java chips and a brownie, tasted like thin mints! ;)

I've seen a coconut cream with a banana in it (aka Pina Colada).
Or a Vanilla Bean with extra java chips in it (Cookies and Creme).
I add some java chips and/or mocha sauce to the strawberry smoothie (Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie).
I used to add Dark Cherry to the lemonade, or to the double chocolatey chip frap.

Not really. I mean I'm sure someone has already thought of it, but I like to add a little raspberry to green tea and apple juice.
I blend the Green Machine with a banana. I actually make all kinds of smoothies at work because those blenders are amazing and we have so many bananas left over.
And my frappuccino was the highest ticket in my district for that stupid promo. Just add everything you can think of pretty much.

Tall + one-pump raspberry + java chips + vanilla bean frappucino. To taste, of course. Less is more but sometimes more is more, too.
Sounds grody, I know. But it tastes like winter just made out with you.
Our store has these AWFUL customers that hate everything and only ever buy decaf americanos and teas and I made them samples of it, and they LOVED it. Eight dollar-tip, tricks! Yay sugarrrr.
Then there's the sub vanilla + vanilla-bean + green tea frappucino, and the hot one-pump toffee-nut + one-pump coconut + one-half-pump mocha soy creme.
I'm the unofficial mix-master of the store, haha.

I would blend the mango juice for vivannos and strawberry juice with ice. YUM!! Or add raspberry to BSL. Also equally yummy.

I like to get green tea with orange mango sauce instead of water with coconut.

Sometimes I bring my own strawberries to work and I blend them into a vanilla bean frappuccino with a packet or two of honey. It turns a really bright pink that's kinda cute.

I've made a strawberry cheesecake frap, because I neglected to make an actual cheese cake for one of our partner's birthdays like she jokingly asked me to (in reality me doing anything in the kitchen would be a disaster). it was an stcf w/ cream cheese and walker shortbread cookies. it actually did taste like strawberry cheese cake.

strawberries and creme with toffee nut instead of classic... captain crunch berries! yum! lol. too sweet to have often though, but it's also tasty with a scoop of chips.
i don't remember where that drink came from, it is just one of my favorites to tell people about. we also ave a partner who will make smoothies with a pack of oatmeal in it (brown sugars and cinnamon too, not sure what else)... it's so delish but overly filling..

I have a co worker that has a talent for mixing up things. He grabbed the orange juice from outside and made a smoothie type thing. It was really good. He likes to make some weird frapps too. He never tells what's inside of them but they look really neat. The other day he made this frapp with chocolate and caramel together, I think it had java chips, and I don't know what syrups he mixed in it. He's crazy like that.

One of my shifts created a hot chocolate that tasted like Mexican hot chocolate. I don't remember the exact ratio of syrup but it was mocha, chai, cinnamon dolce, made with soy milk and some regular cinnamon powder on top. Amazing.
That same shift was the first to find a way for me to drink green tea. GTL with peppermint and classic. Surprisingly good to me.Mocha coconut frapp with caramel is my samoa girl scout cookies that I never got to buy.
A partner of mine makes a banana walnut bread frapp using soy milk, a banana, a packet of oatmeal nuts, perhaps brown sugar, and then bam. It's pretty good, just a funky texture.
We put a peanut butter cupcake into the blender...was a little too much peanut butter, but other than that, an awesome drink.
I used to blend brownie bites into raspberry creme frapps, the andes mint brownies into coffee frapps.
Another personal favorite is a smoothie using strawberry, orange mango, a banana, a scoop of matcha, 1 pump raspberry, and a tall scoop of ice. My version of a jamba juice smoothie since we have none here. =(Posted 1 year ago # -
I make the BSL with apple juice instead of lemonade, that's actually really good. And no need to add any syrup since the apple juice is already sweet.

One of the guys at my store does BTLs with a splash of the orange mango, 1 raspberry and 1 classic. They're really good and also cover up the smell of cigarettes on your breath. The same barista makes a venti ICM with cold breve, 2WM, 2Co, and 2TN. Also delicious. He apparently makes some crazy frappuccinos too but I haven't had them.
@GaveYouDecaf - do you still add the cream base to the BSL with apple juice, just not classic?

a couple of my partners and i eat short cups of whipped cream with whatever fixings we can think of when we're stressing out, once i made a cinnamon dolce whip with caramel drizzle and it tasted just like french toast. i'm sure i could work with those ingredients to concoct some weird french toast frappuccino or something

*drools* I love cinnamon dolce whipped cream...the DM/SM meeting made that a few weeks ago for some reason and it was delicious. Those crazy managers.

This little girl came in once with her dad wearing a pink fairy costume just because she was 4 and felt like it and she informed me that her favorite color was pink. I gave her a raspberry vanilla bean frap just for being cute because I love little girls <333333 and I tried the rest and it was, besides being ridiculously sweet, pretty tasty. And hot pink.

Dolly that is super cute!
Teobandit, all I use is apple juice, strawberries and ice. It gives it the consistency of those lemonade slushy drinks they sell at the fair.
Speaking of whip cream, I do the regular 8 pumps of vanilla, add 8 more of mocha, add whipping cream to the "to here" line inside the container (for the containers that don't have the inside line, I basically add the 16oz minus 8 pumps of mocha), tighten the lid, charge, and voila! Chocolate mousse. It's delicious! I try not to make it too often though, I seriously don't need the extra calories lol.

I...have to try that. Wonder how it would taste with something else besides vanilla...raspberry chocolate mousse?
Posted 1 year ago # -
Omg that sounds delicious. I'm closing tonight, definitely trying it out.

I'm kinda fond of a PSL, only instead of lemonade, I use apple juice. And then only 2-3 pumps of sweetener in a venti.
Posted 1 year ago # -
I do the same thing. Apple juice, passion tea and 3 pumps of raspberry.
Posted 1 year ago # -
Im not the biggest fan of whip but remember when the mint mocha chip frap came out and we used chocolate whip? That was soo yummy!

Ooh and PTL is amaze balls with a splash of strawberry or mango juice!

I'm curious about a CAS with chai (maybe 1 pump) in it. I usually substitute dairy products for soy, but don't know if I should try this concoction with it or not.
Also want to try a toffee nut coconut soy mocha...for that candy bar-like flavor. I'm sure I could only handle a drop of it though. Too rich!
I want to try different things with CD, even though I'm not a fan of the CDL.
Posted 1 year ago # -
@Sads, the apple chai thing (with no whip or caramel) is an apple chai infusion, which was a drink a while ago I believe.
I hate the CDL but looove me a tall 1 CD light water chai. Yummm. I think the syrup is too overpowering by itself but in light doses can be tasty.

Yeah, the apple chai and berry chai were from a few years back. The berry chai was .. a bunch of berries, and currants. You mix and steam the appy juice and berry currant juice together WITH half the pumps of chai for the size (because let's face it, our chai syrup is pretty gross), and you got yourself a nonalcoholic mulled wine.
It was ... glorious.
...except for the nonalcoholic part.

I don't remember the ratios I used but an apple pie frappucino is always a hit.
Creme base to the first line, apple juice to the second, a pump or 2 of cinnamon dolce, and half a packet of oatmeal all blended with whip and caramel drizzle on top. It's better is sample cups, not something I could ever drink 12+oz of.

-Love those Captain Crunch Berry Frappuccino's...so good. I think it tastes better with Hazelnut instead, but to each his own.
-We also do a mint ice cream kind of Frappunccino at our store: Basically a green tea but sub peppermint instead of classic and add chips. That was a hit.
-French Toast Latte's are good too - half WM, half CD. Fattening as hell tho.
-Love the passion tea with apple juice instead of water...pretty much my go-to dairy/sugar free drink these days. Works either hot or cold.
-One co-worker of mine does this frap with brewed tea. She'll steep two bags in a short cup for a couple hours, then blends it up like a chai creme. Smells really good, haven't tasted it myself though, but she makes em every shift for herself.
-My fav drink atm is a double chocolaty chip with 3x more chocolate and a banana. So tasty. I hate making drinks with naner's tho, so I won't tell customers about that one.
-Steam up some soy with vanilla powder in it - that's easy and tasty.Posted 1 year ago #
