On a more serious note @Sugarwater, I HIGHLY recommend non-slip shoes. I haven't had a fall or even slipped in the slightest while working here in my 3 year old & beaten lame shoes for crews. I can even smash them on those pesky ice chips like a champ. Bwuahaha.
However... my "copartners" giggle about how they almost slip repeatedly at work, when we've had 1 person out for a year due to a fall, and two others get seriously injured. :/
