Today, I had a long day at work. First, I got stuck on bar for 4 hours dealing with disgustomers, getting screamed at by two spanish women who didn't know any english and didn't understand that I couldn't heat their paninis up because our oven was preclosed, causing me to draw pictures and speak French in an attempt to help them, all the while a line was going out the door. After this terrible four hours, I finally got switched to bar. I like bar because I don't have to talk to anyone and I genuinely enjoy making drinks. Then, disaster struck. Just as I turned around to do a pitcher rinse, the hose and sink burst, and water was spraying 5 feet into the air, all over the freshly mopped floors and onto the entire bar. It took a solid 2 minutes to deal with it and stop the leaking. Then, a customer, who saw all this happen, had the balls to ask me, the soaked head-to-toe barista, if his triple grande sugar free hazelnut extra hot latte was ready. It took everything not to scrream bloody murder. Has anyone had similar experiences?

My store's pressure hose is attached to a faucet spout with a large knob underneath. One time the hose burst out and water began spraying all over, so I immediately shut the knob.
"Your grande 3-shot SFH XH Latte isn't ready... but this barista is. I'm going to count to 3. Start running."

Three people for the last day of Happy hour. My SM was like, oh its the last day it will be like any other day! Drive through wait time of 22 minutes. THe store was so fuckedm and we did about 150% more than any other day during the Happy hour.
Also, dropped a gallon of milk and it EXPLODED every where. I picked it up and there was a huge gash it and I narrowly avoided soaking my poor coworker.
