Starbucks knows its **** itself and others with this campaign. Is the company that desparate for innovation that we steer ourselves completely off-course? Sbux is dropping the breakfast sandwiches this september because they conflict with the image and aroma of cafe. Now we're making smoothies.....what happened to a good ole cup o'coffee?

seems like the new drink has twice the amount of sugar as all the other drinks we carry, but it has protein so that should make it better right? Cus EVRRYone needs protein and an insane amount of manufactured glucose. Disgusting

Yes, it is off course. Yes, way outside our market (unless 'drinks' is our current market). However, I think they will sell many of them in the short run, enough to excite product marketing into thinking up another one. Jamba is laughing, because when someone is responding to YOU, you are winning.

i tried the chocolate banana one. gross! Everyone in my store who tried it had a sick stomach afterwards

Also tried the banana choco one today and didn't care for it, although the other one (mango-banana) isn't bad. Although I haven't seen a price point for them yet, but I doubt as a paying customer I'd buy one. Anyone know what they'll be priced at?

Oh someone will buy them. We just had a price increase which puts some of the Venti fraps at $7 or $7.50 and people still get them. INSANE I tell you!

I really cannot understand why some of you haven't figured out that there will always be a new drink or a new product or a new procedure at SBUX. It is the ONLY thing you can be sure of! Once you get over that, the rest is pretty easy.

I can't tolerate those, it's too sweet. And since we're in Hawaii, it could be a huge hit or a tragic miss. I really think they should stick to coffee and tea.

Mango is SO in it for me.
No protein though. It fluffs it up and makes it too thick to drink. I might actually skip the milk, too.

the only thing I'm looking forward to is having something slightly nutritious in the store that i can eat free of charge. we already have non-existent meal breaks, but maybe this "vivanno" thing won't be so bad, cause now we can eat on Howard's dime.

hahaha Banana Chocolare Blend Vivanno tastes like a cracked out version of slim fast... soo nasty... I WILL NOT SAMPLE that disgusting concoction to anyone! Don't even ask me to!

The choco mess Vivanno is pretty bad.. and spoiled slim fast is pretty close, PlehhitSux. But... I'll sample it out.. but I won't lie if people ask "is it good?"

Even better is that our store right now doesn't even get whole bananas, we have to use a scoop to get chopped bananas in there. Very sanitary and I LOVE having more retarded blended drinks to make... whatever happened to "going back to our roots" and all that other **** Schultz was talking about when he took over?

I have a former colleague who hate this drink. I tried and it and i can go down the street to one of the smoothie bars and get fresher better tasting, and cheaper beverages than those from the little green sea ****. So lets run down the list, they used to just sell coffee, but then came cups, machines, books, CD's, movies, sandwhiches and now this health smoothie. Well she never stops amazing me at how far she will go to prostitute her self so she can make a buck. Dirty little green sea ****!!! REVOLUTION!!!!

Yum.....a phlegm smoothie with colon blow. These Vivannos are a huge disappointment. They are time consuming to make and are just so mediocre. I went from barista to banana handler overnight.....crap

I know that is so funny how HOWIE wanted to get back to the basics a few months ago, and now he wants us to peel bananas... Our store is expecetd to sell 101 of those a day! IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!! Considering our best seller " Grande carmel frappuccino " sells an average of 53 a day. In our district... I **** you not, we have to call our DM every night and tell her how many we sold!
