Most of you know that I left my job at a licensed because I am going to school out of state. I intended to get a job here but after applying to ~7 different places nobody called me back.
So today I applied at Starbucks. Yay! Hopefully I get the job, the store I applied at seemed pretty relaxed. Plus during the winter I should never have to make a frappuccino.

Check your local coffee shops first. They might pay more.

As for pay, my old store paid me a lot more than most places are willing to pay students. Will the corporate store match my former income or start me at whatever base pay is here?
Its whatever the Store Manager decides they want to pay you.

Well guess what - the Starbucks manager never called me. But I did get another job that doesn't involve coffee.
