On Sunday, a ridiculous partner broke our sink and being irritated, i went to THE BACK ROOM and said "ugh f***ing stupid"
Well this partner was peaking around the corner and heard me say it and flipped out on me. She ended up repeating what i said over the headset so everyone could hear and went on about how awful of an employee i am.
SOO THEN...the next day my manager tells me i need to quit...he went on blah blah about how sick he is of me and told me he called HR on me. So i asked him, if i'm going to quit does he need that in writing and he said yes
I worked 3 days after this...
Then yesterday he demanded my 2 weeks notice and i told him i wasn't quitting. And he went on about how HR told him to fire me and that i HAVE to quit and i said no.
So i called partner resources and told them what happened
an hour later BAM my manager calls me and tells me he's removed me from the schedule and to come in Christmas FREAKING EVE for final results and paperwork....
By the way i have ZERO write ups

****-fagg managers have a tendency to do this. You did everything right. He ASKED you to quit. You said no. He ASKED you again, you said no.
If he's going to fire you, why would you have to go in to do final results and paperwork? I would just say, "mail me my check" and call partner resources to verify how many hours you have so he cannot go in and edit them.
There is no way I would have willingly gone back to that place.

It's a trap! Better to be fired and get unemployment (probably).
So, Christmas Eve came and my manager called me about 15 minutes before the meeting was scheduled and said "hey i couldn't get ahold of HR or the DM so we need to reschedule till Monday"
So, today is my "meeting".
It's funny that he said he couldn't get ahold of HR when just 4 days ago he told me they told him to terminate me so what's the deal?
I love how he casually is like, hey buddy! So we're gonna have to reschedule your corporate roasting for another time! toodles!

Okay so i had my meeting. My now officially ex manager fired me today.
My form says i was using abusive language TOWARDS a partner. That is not true, so i did not sign.
Then i asked for a copy and he refused to give me one.
I went outside then came back inside and asked again for a copy and he finally gave me one.
On the positive side...hell yeah i'll be getting unemployment and I'M FINALLY OUT OF THAT PLACE!!
Do they just give you a final corrective action or is there another form used for separation?
It's just a corrective action form and then there's a box marked other and it says termination rather than like a follow up plan
