Well let you tell you how disappointed I was when I decided to transfer to Florida from Maryland and worked at the location off of Atlantic and Rock Island...
When I first started working there, everything was fine. I got along with all of my co-workers and SM. Then one day after working my second month over there, one of the shifts had told me to move out of the way so I did and she muttered something while she was passing by. I tried to be as corgial as possible by letting her know if there was an issue she wanted to discuss about we could talk about it in the back office. She turned around, gave me this nasty look, and walked off. ****!
I called my SM to let her know what had happened as soon as that wench put me on my ten and the SM tells me that she's not the kind to talk behind anyones back or do anything tyrannical. Of course I knew that **** was backing up for her since they have been working for a certain amount of years.
Anyway, so I was off for two days and then the day before I was schedueled to come into work, my SM calls me to go into another store location instead of coming to my store. I was like, "WTF is that all about?", and when I arrived there, her and another manager had verbally attacked me saying that I should "apologize" to my staff for my behavior... FT!!! And to mind you, I also have reported about another shift who is just a royal **** on wheels to the customers and not most of them really like her. So for me to apologize to those people was completely out of the question!
They gave me three **** warnings for theft (since I took a role of toilet paper because one of the other shifts ratted me out),for being late 16 times in a month (that I take full responsibility in!), and for that incident with that ****! I couldn't believe I didn't have the courage to quit when I could. I should've. But instead I let these m0therf^ckers sucked me dry and come out that I end up without a job! I get a phone call three days later after the incident and fired me for theft. I thought that was ****!
Seriously, I love working there but the people I ended up working with at that location can burn to hell! Seriously, I wish there was a union for this company because I think it's **** that all votes count besides one and the whole outcome is irrational! At least when you participate for a union, they back you up with professional meaning unlike this crap!
