While working, I get the pleasure of dealing with morons that believe that Starbucks is their career. It's not mine, in fact Starbucks is more like option E, that's right after selling crack as a career. If Starbucks is your career of choice and financial plan for the future, consider jumping off a bridge.
These people often you will see kissing **** to managers, kissing more **** to district managers and generally being tools. They usually care waayyyyy too much about pointless standards, take training videos too seriously, are usually vindictive pains in the ****, think that the company is wayyy cool, rad and edgy.
These people make me want to vomit. Kissing so much **** to make it to store manager that makes on average 39,545 while taking 7 years to get there. If that ends up going sour THERES NOTHING TO DO. ****, out of college I will be making 10+ more. I am not hating on people who don't want to goto college, but learn a trade or something! Starbucks involves around no skill, and is one of the most degrading jobs ever. I don't mind it while getting extra money, except for the fact that I have to deal with these damn morons all day. Ughh, go Starbucks!
