Our store (and maybe others in the area?) received an e-mail regarding instructions for distributing splash sticks.
If the customer gets only one drink, give them the drink and hand them the stick.
If the customer gets two drinks, put the two drinks in a cup holder and hand them the sticks.
If the customer gets three or more drinks, put the drinks in a cup holder with splash sticks already in place.
I didn't read the rest of the e-mail because I think it's micromanagement and a waste of time for me to spend a split second determining how I'm going to present a latte.
The point is, I was wondering if this idea was just from some higher-up in my district that thinks he's got a great plan, or if everyone is getting ridiculous directions for splash sticks.
