We have had this new manager for like a month now, and I am getting very sick of her. She is very lazy. For 90% of the time she's in the store, all she does is sit in the back doing "work". Also, she doesn't know how to do a lot of things, especially regarding cleaning, however, I never see her trying to learn. When she is the precloser, s.hit doesn't get done. I have come to realize that when I work a closing shift with her being the precloser, I will have to spend time cleaning after her (because she messes up a lot), and doing the things that she didn't do.
Also, she knows I need more hours than what I am getting currently, and she said she was going to give them to me, but nothing has happened. I get s.hit hours.
The previous manager we had was awesome. I used to read all the horror stories in this forum about other managers being shi.tty and I felt very lucky to have such an amazing manager...not anymore :(
