No ****. You should see these people. I cannot believe I work with people like them. I **** hate them at this point. There is this one girl that I like who's cool, but the rest are a bunch of lazy selfish morons.

glimmer, how many different people in here have told you how many times to contact the police? and you still haven't done it? i've been trying so hard to help you, and i understand that you're scared and depressed, but the only way to stop being scared and depressed is to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. simply telling your manager has clearly done nothing. just think about what might happen if you continue to let this unfold without contacting the authorities. do you really want to feel responsible for it escalating further?

^^Hey I did do that this morning. I was going to last night but I couldn't. This morning my friend took me to the police station and I filed a restraining order. I also told them about every detail of everything I could remember. I gave them my phone records aswell and his name and number. I also notified my manager of what I did. Today I didn't have work so I just caught up on my homework. Thanks for the concern though. I appreciate it. :)

sorry, my feminist gender studies major self is coming out. i hate guys who think they can get away with this sh it. RAAAAH. the one guy who ever crossed a line with one of my coworkers barely comes in much now because we all hate him because of it. this sh it wouldn't fly at my store. my sm is also awesome, so i guess we all just got lucky. i wish i could actually do something to help you.

Now what does that consist of? I know what a restraining order is but what can they do if he goes near you or if he goes to your Starbucks? How far away from you does he have to be? What if you're working alone and he comes in and the store is empty? What happens? Sorry I'm just curious as to how they deal with restraining orders in real life

i worked at a licensed store before working at a actual starbucks so i definitely know the difference. what kind of license is it? you should get your manager in trouble too bc he's a fu cking idiot! srsly, want to punch all of those as sholes.

I've known this guy for a little over a week and it's already this bad. Things got serious really fast.
My previous experience was pretty bad, the guy was someone I knew, I was in bad shape for a while but I've been better and I haven't let it ruin my life so far. My Starbucks is in a grocery store. Don't get me started on my manager, he's a bum. Like I don't even care about him. I don't even know how he got my number, probs my manager is gave it to him because HE IS SO DUMB. I'm planning on staying there for a few months and then leaving for a stand alone Sbux. I'll start filling out applications in a few months. I don't really like the job but I'm pretty good at it and I don't want to go through training for something else.
And everyone complains about my manager, I wouldn't be surprised if he got fired soon.

Yeah when i applied to an actual starbucks it was a really easy transition (bc really, all you need to know are drink recipes) and they always favor people with some starbucks background! you should just try to apply now bc your name is in there for 60 days or something like that. worth a shot! maybe a store will see it and call you :)
