Long story short, I was on drive during a rush and a lady had a drink but didn't tell us all the modifiers until she was at the window. She has a horribly attitude and a snotty comment every time I opened the window. I handed out her iced drink 5 times in the rain and didn't realize the straw paper was wet. Again, making rude remarks and demanding a new straw, I take the bad on in one hand and with the same hand I have a new straw. She kept trying to grab the bad straw so to make it easier (and to get her out of my hair) I dropped the bad straw on the ground. She looked at me mortified " Jesus did you really just throw that straw to the ground omg my god really come on now" and drove off.
I know my story and I'm sure shell make up hers. I'm afraid shell call a head honcho and get me fired ( I've only been here a little over a month). Help?
