What is the proper way to go about getting a transfer to another store?
I know the SM and have already done a few shifts there, and they're willing to take me.
Am I supposed to go to my SM. Should I have the store I'm interested in call my SM? Am I supposed to go back and forth playing the messenger game. Do I go to the DM? How does a **** get sh!t done?
You go to your SM. let him/her know you have a store in mind and that you have already established yourself with their team and the store.
You then let management work their magic.
Yep, your SM will email that SM and viola, you're in their system.
If you're feeling nice on your first day, show up to work 15 minutes early so that Symphony can think about your partner numbers a bit before deciding to let you in the computer system. She's picky.
