I work at Starbucks inside of Kroger, so we are not corporate but licensed. I would probably say since the one I work at is so tiny, we don't get nearly as many customers as a corporate store. I still hate it tho, and I have to work tonight with the biggest **** on the face of the earth.
If we don't get any guys working at starbucks soon, I'm going to flip!
I don't consider licensed stores a real Starbucks, so I don't go to them.
In addition to cruisy's point, corporate partners can't even get their discount there.
Why does anyone go to licensed stores?
They have good locations in places where people happen to be anyway!

I used to work at a licensed store and it was fun and all... I now work at a corporate store and it's fun and all; but customers anywhere are just **** ****-wads who deserve to die.
i'm agreeing with cruisy and mocha, licensed stores are lame, sorry. i don't go to them either.
I'm sorry but if I'm in the mood for some type of coffee or hot drink, I have no problem getting a drink at Target..sure I dont get my discount, but I dont get my panties in a bind if my espresso isnt just perfect....but thats just me.
I was traveling with 2 of my granddaughters and hit some of the worst stores I've ever been to(also my only drive thru exp.)up and down the CA coast. Then we were in an Albertsons of all things and had the best drinks and service I've had in a long time in any store. I knew better than to try my discount. I think it just depends on the person working. In partners defense corp. stores are understaffed and many times poorly trained of late and the person at Albertsons I ran into was an ex partner.
I like the Starbucks in a local Barnes and Noble. You can roam around and read books at the same time and get 10% off on all Starbucks items if you have a B&N card. Plus, the food is a wider selection. Double Plus: They have some good people working there, which is the key to everything!
